Tunza Bora(Swahili for “Nurture Well”) is an early childhood development platform that enhances access and quality of childcare services in Kenya in line with relevant guidelines; for the best interest of the child. We achieve this by strengthening the capacity of childcare services in Kenya.
This platform seeks to link parents/guardians and practitioners to quality childcare services and linkages, offer learning opportunities and generally improve the ecosystem.
Our Goal is to ensure that parents and guardians access quality, responsive and affordable childcare services. Through this platform, you can easily find and connect with a childcare facility such as daycares, kindergartens, preschools, school-going child care among others.
Tunza Bora builds the capacity of care givers, childcare enterprises and facilities. The care givers whom we have trained through a research based training guide not only offer high-quality but are also trustworthy and understand basics of child development and safety.
We are guided by Nurturing care framework and its 5 pillars (good health, adequate nutrition, opportunities for early learning, security and safety, and responsive care giving) and SDGs target 4.2 that seeks to ensure that all boys and girls have access to quality early childhood development
