2. Marketplace & Facility Listings
Tunza Bora acts as a platform to connect parents with childcare facilities and educational products. While we strive to verify listings:
- Facility owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their content, pricing, and services.
- We do not guarantee the quality or safety of any facility listed. Parents are encouraged to conduct their own site visits.
- Transactions in our marketplace are between the buyer and seller. Tunza Bora is not a party to these individual contracts.
3. User Obligations
As a user of this platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account password.
- Not use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities under Kenyan law.
- Not upload malicious code, spam, or offensive content to blog comments or facility reviews.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, designs, text, and code, is the property of the Organization of African Youth-Kenya and its developers(Elvan Tech). You may not reproduce or distribute any part of this site without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunza Bora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to disputes between parents and facility providers.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
Tunza Bora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
